Why are there birds at the Idaho Aquarium? I don’t know, but they’re quite pretty! These Rainbow Lorikeets and Yellow-bibbed Lories delight visitors (especially the kiddie variety) with their inquisitive antics and beautiful vibrant feathers. Enjoy a few photos, and be sure to visit the pretty birds if you’re in the Boise area!

A safari sounds like a whole lot of fun. A safari also sounds like a whole lot of money. And since something has gone horribly wrong if we see poison dart frogs and tigers roaming the streets of Idaho, there was only one logical place to go when I felt like paying a visit to some exotic animals: Zoo Boise.
