The banks of the Boise River in Eagle flooded this spring, but by late summer there was no trace of the high waters, only a beautiful grove of trees perfect for a portrait session. I shot these photos of Centennial senior Darian there in early September – isn’t he photogenic?
Talented seamstress Hannah created her own handmade rendition of one of the dresses designed for the BBC’s Merlin, and she looks like a fairytale princess in the results. And the woods of central Pennsylvania where we shot these portraits only added to the fantasy look! (For more from Hannah’s session, head over to the Facebook album.)
Kathryn Albertson Park may be the go-to spot in Boise for outdoor portraits, but Veterans Memorial Park holds its own in natural beauty. Young Boise model Cara and I shot these portraits in the park’s woods and the shore of Boise Lake Cascade – she had no problem getting waist-deep in the clear waters! For more photos from Cara’s session, check out the Facebook album.
Boise model Tawnee and I had a ton of fun shooting these high fashion photos at Kathryn Albertson Park this spring. Look for more model sessions in the near future, and if you’d like to see more photos from this one, check out the Facebook album!
